Fitbit One not Syncing with iPhone X

Fitbit one was syncing fine until yesterday and then it stopped. Keeps telling me my Bluetooth is not on but it is. I’ve reset both my phone and my Fitbit. Any solution?

@Buschs Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for rebooting your phone and your One tracker. That usually helps sorting this kind of situations. Are you still experiencing this?

 

If you are, there are a couple more things you can try to make it sync:

 

  • Reset Bluetooth on your phone (turn it off, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on).
  • Log out from the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, log back in to the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.

Those are workarounds that should help out with this. Please give them a try.
