My Fitbit One has not been syncing since someone installed Premium for me to try out. I can still program things in like biking or Pilates. Steps and stairs are recorded on the Fitbit, but it does not sync with my iPad. Please remove Premium and let me use my Fitbit as it was meant to be used.
Thank you,
Tiger56

To remove premium, go to the app store and end your subscription. If your One isn't syncing, the first thing I'd do is disable Bluetooth on your iPad and then allow the app to re-enable it. You can also try from another device like your phone or PC to determine if the problem is isolated to your iPad or if it's the Fitbit one itself. If the Bluetooth module within your Fitbit one is failed, there's no way to easily replace besides completely putting in a new working circuit board. Good luck!
