I have trying everything from uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone(andriod) to rebooting my fitbit. even deleted the device and reentered the device on the app. but the phone nor the dongle will sync!!!! it was doing just fine until about 2 days ago (1/26/2016). HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
Best AnswerMine stopped syncing yesterday evening. It was fine up until then. I restarted it, uninstalled it and reinstalled -- still nothing. It wouldn't sync to my computer, nor my phone. I called the help line and she got me to do a few things and voila! It's working again. Have you tried calling the helpline? I've had mine for over a year and the woman I spoke to was very patient and helpful.
