Can't get mine to sync either. My dashboard is showing zero steps for most of the week. And my totals in the weekly email have been way off.

Hey there. I have been unable to sync since yesterday (10/16/16) at 2:27 pm. My steps are being recorded on my FitBit One device, but they aren't showing on my iphone App. I went through the troubleshooting procedures (e.g., turning bluetooth off and on, rebooting my FitBit, etc.), but nothing is working. What should I do now?

Having the same issue... I've tried all those things too and even deleted my fitbit one from my account but now when I try to re-add it my phone/ipad can't even locate my fit bit one device despite being right next to it!

You'll love this. I "logged" exercise yesterday when I did a walk in my neighborhood. Those steps were the only ones recorded for the day despite the fact I walked more than 10,000 for the day. I don't know what to do to fix this...

HI there @pittgirl, @pumpkin00 and @jen0037.
In your case @pittgirl, I recommend to sync frequently. However since the main topic here is that the tracker is not syncing, I wonder if your information is syncing properly on your Fitbit account?
In your case @jen0037 and @pumpkin00 I recommend the following steps mentioned on this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
Hope this helps. If you have more questions let me know.
