Can't get mine to sync either.  My dashboard is showing zero steps for most of the week.  And  my totals in the weekly email have been way off.

Hi @LMorrow73 welcome to the Community! Robot LOL Are you getting some type of error when trying to update the firmware on your tracker? If so, let me know what it says. But in the meantime, I suggest you to try to restart your Fitbit One by following the instructions on this post and then try to update the Firmware on your phone again. If that doesn't work, you can also try to reboot the Bluetooth on your phone. In addition, you can try to update the firmware of your One by using your computer.

@pittgirl, it is nice to see you around! As I previously mentioned, you can also try to restart your tracker. If after that still not syncing, let me suggest you to take a look into the steps on this post to fix syncing issues with iOS device.

Let me know how it goes!

My tracker, iPhone app and dashboard are all accurate. It's the emails with my weekly step count that are incorrect. For example, today's email reported my weekly step total as just over 3,000. This is the problem I want resolved.

Hey there.  I have been unable to sync since yesterday (10/16/16) at 2:27 pm.  My steps are being recorded on my FitBit One device, but they aren't showing on my iphone App.  I went through the troubleshooting procedures (e.g., turning bluetooth off and on, rebooting my FitBit, etc.), but nothing is working.  What should I do now?

Having the same issue... I've tried all those things too and even deleted my fitbit one from my account but now when I try to re-add it my phone/ipad can't even locate my fit bit one device despite being right next to it!

You'll love this.  I "logged" exercise yesterday when I did a walk in my neighborhood.  Those steps were the only ones recorded for the day despite the fact I walked more than 10,000 for the day.  I don't know what to do to fix this...

HI there @pittgirl@pumpkin00 and @jen0037.

In your case @pittgirl, I recommend to sync frequently. However since the main topic here is that the tracker is not syncing, I wonder if your information is syncing properly on your Fitbit account?

In your case @jen0037 and @pumpkin00 I recommend the following steps mentioned on this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

Hope this helps. If you have more questions let me know.
