Fitbit One not syncing

Despite trying all the troubleshooting options my FitBit One will still not sync to any of my devices. Anyone else having this problem?

No Mine is syncing fine.

 

Did you try a restart?

Do it at least 3 times.

I've searched the posts and done every troubleshooting suggestion I can find multiple times and mine is still not syncing,  which is why I finally posted to see if anyone else was having the same issue with their one.

Mine has not synced since Monday. Read a few others who posted same problem

@Phynst @OhSt8Fan Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with syncing. Thanks for trying the restart steps shared by @WendyB above. 

 

Also, I just wanted to make sure that on the steps you have tried you have done all of the ones listed here. Try them in the order given for best results.

 

If you already tried all of those specific steps and still not syncing; please let me know so I can help you further.

Hi- my Fitbit One stopped syncing about a month ago.  Today I tried to fix it.  I've followed all the directions I could find on the fitbit website.  I also deleted my device to try and set it up again.  Now my device can't be found.  so frustrating!  please help

Did you tried these specific troubleshooting steps? I'd recommend trying them once again in the order given there for best results.

I've tried it all. No luck. I relied on this for my weight watchers activity points

I went ahead and created a case with customer support in your behalf. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for next steps. They should help you out to get back on track for you to keep getting Weight Watchers points.

Not being funny but please try once more: Mine stopped syncing over the weekend and I went through the same stuff as everyone else yesterday without any joy. I decided to give it another go this morning and (admittedly on the second attempt this morning) it finally re-synced OK. Have to say though, seriously disappointed with Fitbit when reading through the forum today to search for other ideas ... the timing of this flurry of sync'ing problems combined with their policy decision makes it look like they are trying to force people to buy new (wrist-based) Fitbits - not even vaguely customer-friendy - and as for the resident "Bot" who simply repeats the questions ... 😞

@Nihil Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I appreciate your feedback. Thanks for trying the syncing troubleshooting steps one more time. I'm really glad to read that the tracker synced correctly after doing this. Hopefully, it will continue to work like this. 

 

@Retiredupnorth It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting that you are also experiencing the same situation. Thanks for trying all of the steps provided.

 

By any chance, have you tried them again? It seems this has helped @Nihil to get it to sync. Please feel free to try those steps one more time. Perform them in the order given in the article for best results.

Yep, mine has stopped syncing, not sure how to resolve this.

My Fitbit has not been syncing since 26 oct. Despite me following the troubleshooting forum every week. I am not having much luck. 

 

I thought it was me and my phone but all updates have gone through and still nothing.

 

Help please i can't afford another one to fix it.🙁
