All of a sudden my FitBit One will not sync to my computer or iPad. My FitBit One still records numbers of steps. Need your assistance. Thanks.

I would try restarting your One using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it doesn't always work

Then, follow these syncing troubleshooting steps for iOS devices. That should certainly help you out. You will find the steps for computers as well!

@Winner13 Thanks for your reply! I'm glad to hear that your One is now syncing properly with the app! Let me know if you happen to experience this issue again.

I had same problem: One would sync current day steps but not pick up previous two days steps. It was fully charged. I reset it twice but still no good. I tried several other things to no avail. Then I turned my iPhone completely off and then on again. Now it syncs just fine and picked up previous days data.

I had the same issue but followed the instructions and now it's working! So many thanks for the advice from the Forum folks!
