Can not sinc for three days. Sleep info important.
Tried restart. No good.
Will not sinc to iphone or desktop.
No help phone line available.

I can not sinc my one.
There is no one answering the fitbit help line.
This is a new device. I have tried the restart but will not help.
I see that other users are also having problem.
