Yesterday, my Fitbit One had an adventure through our washer and dryer and is almost entirely not working. I say almost entirely, because when I plug it into the charger and hold the button, it shows me the firmware version (6.60) and the battery charge level (full). However, outside the charger, I get nothing, no display, no link with my phone. It also does not sync while in the charger. I have tried to restart it to no avail.
I'm assuming that it's unusable at this point, but does anyone have any suggestions on anything else to try?

It may not be entirely dry inside. Try putting it in a closed bag of rice for 24 hours and see if that helps.

@SunsetRunner great suggestion! @cmaka74 I would definitely follow @SunsetRunner' suggestion. After that try restarting your tracker by doing the following:
Hope this helps! Keep us posted.

I know my Fit Bit One has a charge, but it's not responding at all to anything I do. The screen may turn on when I plug it into the charger, but mostly it doesn't. It doesn't respond at all to trying to reset it either.

@runandirun thanks for joining us! I see you mentioned you have already restarted your tracker. I suggest trying once or twice again by doing the following:
If after the restart your One isn't responding yet, then I suggest doing the following:
1. To turn on the One's display, please press and hold the button on your One for five seconds. If it does not turn on after doing this, place your One into the charging cable.
2. Ensure that your charging cable is plugged into a working USB port.
3. Make sure that the gold contact points on your One align with the gold contacts on your charging cable, and let the device charge for at least an hour.
4. After charging your One, press and hold the button on its display button for 15 seconds, leaving the tracker plugged into the charging cable.
5. Take the tracker out of the charging cable and hold the display button for 5 seconds.
If you still have issue with your One's display then I recommend contacting our Support Team for further assistance. Mention them all the troubleshooting steps you've done so far, this will help them to narrow down what causes this issue.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!
