I've recently started to log my food into my FB 1 to show calorie intake. Today I haven't had anything to eat yet & it is showing that I've had 42 calories. Does anyone know why this happens? Also, I don't understand why the graph shows that I'm not in range when I stay within my 1000 calories a day. It shows Calories in that are less than what Im supposed to have & then calories out which is usually over that. I'm so confused by this whole matter. I usually do WW but just started a new program with PWC and they use calories. Can anyone please help me??? I'm so grateful for whatever you can share. Have a blessed day.
