My fitbit1 has repeatedly shut off during day with full battery charge and new 6.64 software. Repeat calls to customer service have only yielded two further responses. We’re working to solve the problem and I should buy another one In the meantime. Seems like they are incompetent as this problem has been reported on this site since 2014. I would not recommend this device as it is poorly designed and supported.
Best AnswerI have the same problem. I charged it and was able to restart, not interested in buying a new one. Want the current one to work right. Who says a new one won't have the same issue?
