My Fitbit One when in the charging cable and I press the button shows a full charge and indicates 6.64 on the screen and then goes blank. It will then sync to my device and give me the 4 digit code. When I remove it from the cable and press the button nothing shows on the screen no matter how many times I press the button or for how long. No steps show on my device. Iain

How old is your tracker. The battery may be gone.

I just realized my tracker was not syncing or working (On) also!! It was fine this morning. No indication of a low battery or anything.
