Fitbit One won't pair with my phone's Bluetooth

Has anyone experienced this?  It was fine until 2 mos. ago, then all of a sudden it feel off my Bluetooth as a paired device.  

 

I have tried everything I can find on here, and nothing is working.  It notices the device is there, but it won't "pair" it.  It "declines the pairing"....?
