Fitbit One won't sync with my phone

When trying to sync my Fitbit, it tells me to turn Bluetooth on. It's already on. It doesn't give me an option for the next step.

@M.Ivers before syncing, turn the Bluetooth off, this will trigger the app to request to turn it on, and choosing this should remedy your problem, assuming you're using an Android, but you'd not specified.
