My One has not been syncing for a few weeks. At first turning it off, then back on, solved the issue. Now, however, that doesn't work and I have to add the device on my phone to get a number from the One to sync. What's going on Fitbit?! Based on postings in the community, I'm not alone. Fitbit, please help!
