Latest problem with my One - it's not tracking flights of stairs.  Anyone else experience this and have a fix?  Thanks.

I kind of have the opposite problem… My Fitbit ONE totally goes overboard with the amount of floors it says I’ve done. It’s ridiculous!

My fitbit ONE also has gone overboard with the number of floors.  It gave me 23 floors when I hadn't even gone up a slight hill.  This is crazy!

Interesting about the fitbit counting floors when it is cold or windy.   But it has been neither in Kailua, Hawaii, where I walk.  There must be something else.

I wonder why this keeps happening! 😖It makes me question whether or not the rest of the info they give is correct.

I am having the same problem.  Today, while preparing for a move, I walked up at least 25 flights.  My fitbit showed 6.  When I got to my house (1-story) and walked out to the car a few times, I got 2 more flights.  This is maddening.  The most frustrating was the day I walked up a hill in my neighborhood - it is ALWAYS 30 floors.  My husband got 30 floors but my fitbit showed 0.  Every once in a while I have the opposite problem - 10 floor while walking on a flat trail.  The inconsistency is what irritates the most.

If anyone has a suggestion, I'd love to hear it.  So far I've rebooted my fitbit several times, but no change.

Thanks!
