Steps = Calories on ONE

Lately the amount of calories I’ve burned, compared to the steps I’ve taken, have been way off! 😖 A couple Examples:

~7,477 steps, only burned 543 calories!

~4,063 steps, burned 987 calories....

They’re bot wrong! You can tell just by looking at my 2 examples, 7,477 steps should have certainly burned more calories than 4,063 steps! 😖

@Jackie777. That might be correct. I have found that the Fitbit one will monitor your movement and record the calories burned. This is not necessarily the steps you have taken. The One starts recording steps after 5 consecutive steps, and resets this after your stationary for a while. When your doing small movements your fitbit might not be recording the steps, but is monitoring your movement.
