Fitbit One won't work unless it's connected to the charger

My Fitbit One is in the charger, it lights up and shows me that the battery is full. When I take it out of the charger, nothing. Nothing lights up and the app is not able to sync to the device or even recognize the device as a Bluetooth device.

That is an old tracker and it sounds like the battery is gone.

Nope, I have 3 of them all doing exactly the same thing.  One of them is a replacement directly from Fitbit that is 2 days old.  Same thing.  Fitbit has really screwed us over on these things.
