Hi @Poof  -- This question seems to come up every once and a while and usually it is because your iPad was set to search for "iPad Only" apps.  You can find iPhone apps in the search bar of the app store by switching to the "iPhone only" search parameter.  I'm guessing that Bing did that for you automatically when you searched for the app there (smart!).  Glad you found it.

Thanks for your rapid response. The problem is that when I went to the App Store and searched for Fitbit no Fitbit apps came up at all. I was able to get it by going through another website that took me directly to the app. Thanks again

Hi TW. I don't know what's going on. It was not on my phone this AM. It's still not on my iPad. I installed it by going to Bing and going to fitbit's website and ta dah! Now the app is showing in my App Store. Go figure!

I think I might have tried that too, but got nowhere. Anyway, it's good to know there's a great group to help out in a pinch. Thanks

No worries.  Doesn't help that they all seem to do the same thing just a bit differently.  Kind of like new cars.  Is the windshield wiper on the left side of the column? The right? The dash?  Do I Push? Pull? Up? Down? Forward? Backward? Twist and Shout? Yeesh!
