Fitbit app shows 0 hours awake or restless

It seems as though my app is stuck on showing 0 hours awake/restless when there's clearly time awake or restless. This has been happening for at least a week and has been messing up the calculations on my dashboard.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
