@sb33334 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Have you tried deleting the download from your download's folder on your computer? Try deleting it from your computer. That should let you download Fitbit Connect correctly.
If you happen to still have trouble with this; try setting it up using a supported mobile device. This is another good option to do that. You can then sync using your laptop. What kind of mobile device do you have?
