My fitbit died during a move, finally found it and placed on charger.  It is not showing any kind of display.  Any other suggestions without having to replace?

My FitBit One is dead as well - and FitBit support will not replace - what do I do ?  Its not charging or going on - Look at other one - Fitbit Charge 2 any good ?

Before giving up on your fitbit it's worth trying to restart it using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as the procedure doesn't always work.
