Fitbit keeps turning off

My one is a little over aon the old and after charging it over the weekend the screen will on come on when it's in the charging dongle. When the screend does come on it reads Fitbit 6 6 0. I've tried the 12 second reset but to no avail. This is my third Fitbit over the course of several years and I've never had this issue before. I would return it but I ordered it through my company. Please help.

The Fitbit 6.60 is the boot up screen.

When temoving the tracker from its charger and it shuts off, if you press the button does it turn on, or at least try too

No it does nothing. The screen will only flash on when it's plugged in.
The battery is fully charged.

I have the same problem as you describe. Problem started on 7/18/16 on a fitbit that is ~14 months old. Im curious if there is anyway I can reboot, diagnose or re-flash it via USB from my computer?

You would need to contact fitbit, currently updates for the user happen through the BY signal, not a cable.
