Hi the  tip on the end of the casing has fallen off leaving the prongs exposed whilst I was wearing it. Are the prongs sensitive and will them being exposed affect use? Also is a replacement available atall please? Many thanks

I lost mine about 2 years ago and it seems to have worked without it. Wish it could be replaced too.

You can buy a new case in the store.

I've returned mine 3 times to bed bath & beyond where I bought it and had it replaced for free because of this issue. I need to bring it back for a 4th it's a recurring problem

I have supper glued mine back on a couple of times.  Also you can get trplacement covers on Amazon.  Both kind, slide it into a piece to be wore on wrist and the clip kind.  They have some prett cute patterns available.  No expensive.
