It's possible to get a new case for your One from the fitbit store.

By case do you mean the clip?  I got 6 of them from Amazon and they work much better than the originals from Fitbit.  They slide on and off easier but have never fallen off and the plastic and metal don't separate at the bottom, as so many of my Fitbit brand clips did.  (From reading the boards, this was a pretty common problem - maybe one of the reasons they have discontinued the One.)
