Fitbit one do not sync anymore. Lollipop?

I have problems with sync to my phone but not to the computer. Have had my "one" in little over a week now and it worked perfectly until the day before yesterday. It said that it needed to be updated so then I did it but there was no difference. Saw that "Lollipop" has problems with sync, but it worked you before??

 

I forgot to say that I get a red circle mark with an exclamation mark in the right side of "Sync now" in the app.

I read a tip about turn off other Bluetooth devices and restart my Fitbit but it made no difference.

I have done software update but it did not solve the problem either.

Now I update the software in my phone, see if that helps.

My FITBIT ONE recording data but not transferring to my iphone or computer.  Updated iphone and computer. Deleted - loaded FITBIT app again but no dofference.  It all started yesterday after 12PM.  This morning no data had been collected to iphone or computer.  It also did not record my sleep as it has been doing in the past.  Your assistance apreciated.

Have you tried turning the tracker off waiting a few minutes and turning it back on? I was having the same issues in that it was not syncing on my iPad or computer. Good luck.
