My fitbit one is not tracking the times I am awake or restless. Is this function being phased out or can I fix it?

Are you pushing on the button to start it? The one does not have automatic sleep

@JEH1 I hope you're doing well! The sleep graph should show your awake and restless times under the "Sleep Quality" option. How does your sleep graph looks like? Mine looks like this:
