First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart:

Note that this doesn't always work first time so give it a few tries.

Hi @Snev87. Were the restart attempts successful. In other words, did you get to see Fitbit 6.60 on your One's display? If not, I would suggest repeating the process one more time; but this time, hold the button down for as long as it takes to see something on the screen, up to 30 seconds if need be.
