Hello my fitbit one stopped working yesterday morning. I charged it fully Tuesday night, put it in my pocket and was working just fine. Then at 817 am was the last time it synced and now the fitbit is blank, will not turn on and will not sync with the app. I did try to reset it a few times with no luck. Any other suggestions??

Hi @hsmartin416. I would try to restart it again, using the instructions in How do I restart my tracker, perhaps holding the button down a little longer, 20 seconds or so, until you get to see "Fitbit 6.60" on your One's display. If still no joy, keep it plugged into the charging cable and hold the button down as long as it takes to bring it back to life, up to a minute if need be. If it's dead, then there isn't much that will bring it back to life; but before we jump to that conclusion, you may want to reach out to the support team and see what else they can do to help. Thanks for your response, unfortunately despite trying to reset it and also speaking with a customer service rep it would not turn back on and is dead. But fitbit customer service is amazing, and since it is less than a year old they are sending me a replacement 🙂
