Fitbit one not turning on

My Fitbit one abruptly turned itself off yesterday, with no warnings or indications that the battery was low. I've now tried to charge it, and it's still my turning on. I purchased it last April so it's not even 12 months old yet.

@Nativetexan64 if multiple restarts don't fix an issue like this then it's time to contact customer support:

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart:

Note that this doesn't always work first time so give it a few tries.

Same here.  So how did you fix?

Thanks. I've tried to restart three times but it's still completely unresponsive.

Hi @Snev87. Were the restart attempts successful. In other words, did you get to see Fitbit 6.60 on your One's display? If not, I would suggest repeating the process one more time; but this time, hold the button down for as long as it takes to see something on the screen, up to 30 seconds if need be.

Hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.

The screen remained black and blank. I've tried holding the button down whilst it's plugged into my computer for over 30seconds. I've also tried pressing the button at shorter intervals repeatedly. Nothing appears to be working.

Well then, as @SteveH suggested in his earlier post, you best bet is to get in touch with the Support Team and see what they can do for you. Good luck! Please let us know what transpires.
