My app is still saying 0 steps after doing 17k . Deleted the app and re installed it ( took me ages to get back in ) but still saying 0 . Turned off phone and nothing is happening . Gutted
Mine is exactly the same and it’s annoying ! I ve even turned off the phone but nothing !

Yes, I’ve tried all the usual fixes - to no avail. Hope we can get it to work. So annoying! At least my One device is still collecting the data, but yes - it needs yo sync!
So does your app show nothing but your actual Fitbit logs the steps etc? I can see what I’ve done but the app is just not showing it. They need to sort this out.

I’ve done all of that too. Phone off and on. App deleted and re added etc. And it shows nothing. It’s not even seeing my Fitbit 😔
It really needs to be sorted. I can’t believe it can take this long. Mine is collecting the data too. I can see it on the screen.

Best AnswerI got mine to sync once (somehow) earlier today but that was five hours ago. The read out on my One tells me everything it but doesn’t tell me active minutes. I feel your frustration. I got only one message during the day that they were working on issues. Have got no message it’s been fixed. Mine still won’t sync.
That’s good it’s done it to a point. But the lack of minutes is just daft. All I get on mine is calories on the app. I didn’t even get a message. I only saw it on Twitter.
Am exactly the same , deleted app and then wouldn’t let me back in . Changed password , turned phone off and even now it’s still saying 0 . When I go on settings it’s saying “looking” so therefore not syncing. Gutted much
I wouldn’t delete and lose the data. They recently sent out an update which I did this morning and my One promptly stopped syncing after the update. Saw the “we’re trying to fix it” message so I’m hopeful that they are still sorting it out. Husband says he’s worried that with every update it’s asking a lot out of outdated tech and that eventually it won’t updated because it won’t have the capability. Which stinks because I love my Fitbit device. Hang in there.
Same issue. I also deleted the app off my iPhone. Rebooted it. Reinstalled app which added a whole new dimension of errors and I'm a techie! Finally able to log back in. All my information there, but 0 steps and when I go to my account screen, it shows "looking" next to my One. I've had my One since 2013 and I love it, but I'm concerned now that Google owns FitBit, they're phasing out the older technology. Sad.

Yes, exactly. My Fitbit One is working fine, but isn’t syncing with the app.
That makes sense. Device is still fine, but they no longer want to support older devices. Such a shame. I was bummed when I heard Google bought Fitbit. Something always gets lost.

Mine hasn’t synced since 1am this morning. And it somehow deleted all of my steps from yesterday!? So frustrating that they don’t provide support for this older model, yet they refuse to make a newer device that you can wear like this one (I.e. that you don’t have to wear on your wrist or something). 😞
