Wanted to make sure you have continued reading the thread. It seems to work if you remove your device from the app and then reinstall it as a new one. It worked for several people including me.
I finally got mine to work this morning by forcing my tracker to turn off and back on. I did not lose any data. Plug the charger into computer plug tracker into charger. Hold down button on tracker for 10-12 seconds (I counted to 20). Unplug the tracker from the charger and press button to turn back on. That worked for me.
I tried several of these options and it finally worked--although not the first time. Ultimately, removing the One from the app and restarting it allowed it to finally be found. I didn't have the problem earlier in the week, when the app told me that Fitbit was experiencing some problems. Mine stopped syncing this morning. This happens to me every few months, and eventually something works.
I finally got mine to sync, but just once in 3 days. All my data is there, but it's not working again. I contacted Fitbit, they fixed it today, but It won't sync again. They recommended the Inspire, but my husband had that and had to charge it everyday. It's a pain. Guess I'll have to look to other companies for a tracker that works. I've been with Fitbit for 7 yrs now, and they don't seem to care.
Best AnswerMine stopped syncing a day ago. I tried everything (well thoight I had tried everything) including unistalling the App and installing again. In the end I got on a desktop PC and saw this so I put it on the charger, turned it off and it worked. it started syncing again - Yay 🙂
Best AnswerIf that fix only works for a day or so, delete your current ONE from the app and reinstall it as if it is a new one.
Best AnswerI hope the “one” is not being phased out. I have had mine for such a long time. This is only the second time I have had an issue with mine and it was easily fixed within a couple of days.
