Best AnswerI’m still trying to get my One to sync. I’ve started and restarted several times. Deleted the app and reinstalled but it brought up the old app and still won’t sync. I love my One and don’t want to give it up.

Best AnswerTry going into your account on the app, delete your one then re install it, hopefully saves all your data and then syncs 🤞

Best AnswerI seem to be tracking steps but have not been able to sync since Mar 3 - when it appeared that the app store had a FITBIT update. I accepted the update and now nothing is syncing. I have tried - turning off and on Bluetooth within the Fit Bit app - nothing. I have tried turning the phone on and off to reboot - nothing. I have tried syncing with the computer via Windows 10 - Nothing. Very frustrated like many posting here. I know some feel this is an older model of product but I am sick of being in a throw away society. I want to use it until it officially dies. Then I will upgrade. Until then Fit Bit should be supporting their products.
Best AnswerI am going to have another go. It was syncing but I could not see it as an available device through BT so could not un-pair it. So I have uninstalled it for now. It was also not working properly with My Fitness Pal. It is getting to the stage where I am giving up on it. 😞 FITBIT is not listening to their consumers. What fix something that isn't broken.
Best AnswerIt was the same for me. Nothing worked until I went to the app, clicked on forget this device then added it. It’s now syncing but I did lose data.
Best AnswerI was going nuts here today trying to fix the same issue. Did the restart instructions and various other ideas that I searched for on Google. Finally decided to turn off and then restart my computer. Why it worked but I have no idea I was thinking it may be a bad update for Windows 10 on my PC that occurred overnight was actually the issue. So if your trouble is with the computer give this a try.
Best AnswerThanks but I fixed mine. On the app I ‘forgot’ my One then added it. It finally syncs but I did lose data.
Best AnswerI uninstalled my fitbit app so will re-install it when I am in a Wifi area, but how did you "forget" the One on the App? Colddonkey mentioned about the computer (I assume that was on a desktop or laptop), I am away from my for a short time so unable to check what the desktop is like.
Best AnswerI opened the app, clicked on my account then I clicked on One which brought me to this screen.
then I clicked on remove this One and then added it back.
