Hi guys I am unable to sync my fitbit one with android phone or my windows 10 laptop, this has been since September 27th, before that was syncing fine with both. I have tried turning everything on and off, bluetooth on and off, force quit the app, deleted and reinstalled the app. This morning I have tried removing my fitbit from my account and when trying to add it again it is not able to find the tracker, this is the same on both phone and laptop.
Other than that the one seems to be charging and tracking steps fine.
Any ideas?

Not sure from your post if you have tried restarting the One using this procedure:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
If you have then it might be worth trying it a couple more times as it's known to not always work.
