My Fitbit One stopped syncing yesterday at 2:45pm. The Fitbit itself is still operating but won't send the data to my iPhone or iPad. I've had this device for quite a long time without issue regarding bluetooth syncing so this is something unexpected. I wonder how many others are having this problem?

@thecheese Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Did you tried the troubleshooting steps listed on the article @SunsetRunner provided? I'm sure that will resolve the problem you are experiencing.
@Vizzpat @L_Boogie It's great to see you in the Community! I'm really glad to hear that you are back on track now. I'm sure this will help other users that may be experiencing this problem. @L_Boogie Try changing the dominant hand setting to "dominant" as that will decrease the sensitivity of step counting.
Let me know how it goes! ![]()
