Have tried all the suggested steps on the help tab as well as the forum replies multiple times. My one stopped syncing with my iPhone 5s and iPad Pro when I loaded iOS10.2.1 Sunday. My software is up to date, version 2.32.1, I have turned Bluetooth off and on, I have rebooted the apple devices and the Fitbit device multiple times. I have contacted custom support and went through all the steps again with them with no success. The is a case open reference # 16962719, but their last solution was to offer me 25% off on a new device 😬. I like the one and it is connected to bothe my health account and my weight watchers account, I don't want a wrist tracker I have an iWatch.
Help, very frustrated, want a fix not a new tracker.

You might want to post this in thr iOS forum. They would be better to help you.

I had a similar problem, it wouldn't synch (after almost three years with only synch problems once before), but my additional problem was my battery was only lasting a day or two. They offered me the discount, I took it, now I have a New Fitbit that won't synch! And when I emailed them they told me it wasn't their problem to contact My Fitness Pal. They claim their engineers didn't do the work, well why do they say it's compatible with MFP if they say their engineers had no part in the apps being compatible. This has been going on for 6 months.... FITBIT DOESN'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS

There's nothing wrong with your Fitbit. It's all related to the latest update on Feb 2nd. Nothing but PROBLEMS since then

There's no answer! No one is taking responsibility for the glitch although it didn't surface until the latest Fitbit update on Feb 2nd. Don't waste your time on the support lines. Fitbit support instructed me on how to restart my Fitbit. I've owned this fitbit for many years and know perfectly well how to restart it however I can count on one hand the times I've needed to do it prior to the Feb 2nd update. Go to the Fitbit App and log your review. I did and you will find many many others who have voiced the same complaint. Today it took more than 10 tries to restart my fitbit again. I'm not going to be subjecting it to this abuse any more. It will only break down which I think Fitbit is hoping then we will have to purchase another....NOT!

After a brutal difficult restart I got my Fitbit One synced to my iPhone, iPad and Fitbit webpage once again 24 minutes ago but guess what? It stopped syncing again!! I can only shake my head. Look to Garmin. I heard they are good and RELIABLE
