Since update, having to restart Fitbit One Daily to sync

This is very frustrating! Since the update, I have only gone 2 days maximum with my Fitbit syncing without a hitch. Otherwise, it has been necessary to restart my Fitbit daily and sometimes twice daily. I contacted Fitbit support only to be told how to restart my Fitbit. What? I know how to do it! And, it doesn't solve the problem longer than the rest of the day. I've had my fitbit for 3 years now without any issues. Am I the only one with this problem?

3 years is a pretty long time. It could be on its last legs.

Mine is that old and I keep waiitng for it to do the same.

I've had it since Oct 2014...sorry, 2 1/2 years. It's been fine until the last update. Again this morning, it's not syncing. I have another which I bought when I lost my original one temporarily. I deleted the app on my iPhone, installed it again. No change. My sleep log is not showing which is the reason I originally purchased this device. I now have even switched to my back up Fitbit One and no difference at all. Sleep log doesn't show up. There is NOTHING wrong with my fitbits. It the update which messed everything up. I wish they'd fix it already. The Garmin is beginning to look good if this keeps up the with Fitbit

That didn't work. Now I tried to reinstall my original one and the steps don't match at all! I'm sooooo frustrated. This is awful. I'm at my last with Fitbit
