Fitbit one won’t turn on

My Fitbit one won’t turn on. I plugged it in and the battery icon doesn’t show.

Did you just buy it?

If so you need to charge it for at least 2-3 hours and then set it up

Thanks for your reply. I’ve had it quite some time. It worked ok yesterday but had a blank screen today. I put it on charge but nothing - not even the battery sign which usually comes on when putting it on charge.
