Hi! I've recently purchased a pre-owned Fitbit One and all of the previous owners information is still synced to the device. Is there a way to factory reset so that I can put in my own information? I should have looked into this before I purchased a used device

Hi @Lanastasia -- have you set up and linked the One to your account?
That will get rid of the prior owners data and start syncing yours to your account.

Some data can be removed (on the account, not on the tracker) but not all.. feel free to check out the Fitbit Article.
