Try un-linking it from WW and then re link it. Sometimes it works.

 

If it does not The contact WW support. Its a WW problem not fitbits

@fishon Welcome to the Fitbit Community! To unlink or revoke the access check that post to get instructions on how to do it. Then do the linking process once again.

 

If still nothing, follow @WendyB advice and contact Weight Watchers to report the problem.
