My Fitbit one says it's Monday, I have tried the reset but it has not cleared it. The Fitbit app has the correct day and registers all my data. Any suggestions.

The One does not show the day. So I suspect you have an Alarm set to go off on Monday and its showing the next day for the alarm to go off.

 

Check under your settings to see if it is set there.
