Yesterday at 11 am my Fitbit quit syncing to my phone. It tries then a little red circle pops up. I have tried everything I can think of and know how to do, but nothing. My Fitbit is still showing everything on it . What can I do to fix this.?

Welcome to the forums!
on your phone turn Bluetooth off. Shut your phone down for a minute. Go back in a force sync it letting the device turn Bluetooth back on

This happened to me, the Fitbit app had automatically upgraded overnight. The only thing that worked was deleting the Fitbit sync app and was then able to load and use the new Fitbit app ok. It seemed to sync so I didn’t bother trying to reload the sync app which was always dodgy for me anyway

Red corcle? Is this in the Fitbit app? Or you able to tap it?
