Fitbit won't sync

Fitbit stopped syncing today - never had a problem before. Just says "looking " - then nothing happens

mine is doing the same thing.....iphone update just says looking......

I've been having this problem all day. I finally turned off my phone and turned it back on and it synced. Good luck!

Samae problem this morning. Iphone can't find it and computer either. Tried restart - no help

So much for customer support. e-mail 2 days --- unbelievable. Chat not working. on hold 20 minutes. Tried everything on the forums and still no synch. It was working yesterday.

Chat is available when there is a representative online. Weekends might be busier because people aren't at work, so they can take time to call support. Why not try calling again and hold on so they can help you out.

I had this problem again and I finally had to follow the online instructions to restart the tracker.  Then the device synced with the iPhone app.
