My Fitbit quit syncing to my Galaxy S6 the last time I was able to sync was 2/12/17. I've gone to through all of the help topic and it still won't sync. Help

You're not alone. I was having so much trouble syncing since Feb 2nd but exactly one week ago, I was able to control my Fitbit One only on my iPhone which I finally accepted. This afternoon, I'm back to square one again. Very frustrated.I just did a restart of my Fitbit One which I hadn't done for one full week. I think I'm ready to pack the whole thing in unless someone can suggest something I haven't tried yet.

I did a hard restart on my Fitbit One with my computer last night and it seemed to hold over night. I was able to sync with my iPhone this morning. Yes, this is very frustrating and disheartening as I have enjoyed using my Fitbit One for years. If the latest problems are due to the age of the unit, I don't think I will replace it. It was fun while it lasted. I can't deal with learning that the problem will be no different with a new one. The last several weeks did me in.

Me too.  Have tried connecting to my Mac and syncing: nothing.  Downloaded and reinstalled software, and restarted fitbit one:  nothing.  FITBIT, WHATEVER YOU DID TO THE APP UPDATE, SOMETHING IS WRONG!

Same! I have Android, LG G4, and I've had my One since January 2014... And it hasn't been syncing to my phone the past 2-3 days. And doesn't help that I've lost the Bluetooth dongle for my comp, so I don't have an alternative way to sync. Fitbit, fix the problem!!!!!! I really can't afford to get a new tracker.

I am so happy! After a week of steps not sinking my One is now working again. It suddenly stopped March 4th and I tried the recommended things from website to no avail. In this forum it was suggested to Conner to computer and hold button for more than 15 seconds and may have to do more than once. On my second try as I held my breath it worked I saw the Fitbit Version and then turned my phone on and all steps started showing up. This is awesome because I am participating in a run the year challenge and didn't want to lose any of my distance. So glad it worked. Thankful for these forums that can be so helpful.

As follow up to my earlier message:  I continued to try to restart and sync and track and it started again for a day or two and then stopped again.  I finally replaced my One for a new one.  I have come to rely on my Fitbit not only for steps and stairs but for sleep.  The new one seems to be working but then it's only been a few days. Probably doesn't help anyone, but thought I would let everyone know how my problematic Fitbit One issue was resolved.

@revsheila Thanks for your reply and for sharing your experience! I'm sure your new One will work properly for a long time. Fitbit One is one of my favorites, I consider it to be one of the best Fitbit trackers out there!
