Fitbit won't sync

My One will NOT sync.  I've turned it off and on and Bluetooth off and on etc.  I've even deleted app and the thing is just not working.  It won't even sync with computer.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

(wasn't sure if that's what you meant when you said you turned it off / on)

 

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

Thanks. Ended up calling and speaking to representative. We couldn’t get it to operate and he left phone for a minute intending to get info on replacing my Fitbit. I then finally got it to work on one of my devices by signing it back on as a new one. Working ok and not sure why it completely lost connectivity. I had problems before with syncing and usually got it to work in a few tries. This time was different. Thanks for responding and really appreciate Fitbit organization helping and good to know Fitbit would have replaced my unit
