Fitbit won't sync

My Fitbit One is not syncing. Battery is fully charged...but every time I try to sync, no steps show up in my phone app. I occasionally get a message stating "tracking device not found."

Any suggestions for how to fix this? My employer will not pay next month's health insurance premiums for me unless I log a specified number of steps. I'm walking them, my Fitbit One is tracking them. But they aren't syncing to my mobile app.

Are you sure the battery is fully charged? If you're only seeing the battery showing as charged when in the charger, your battery probably died. If your display is working outside the charger, you might want to try restarting your tracker and phone.

For the immediate term to log steps until you get this resolved, go to http://fitbit.com/devices and see if your phone works with MobileTrack, which lets you log steps with your phone that will still work in challenges and other associated apps.
