I continue to be amazed how great my Fitibit One has been since I purchased it in Oct 2013 to try and keep my T-2 diabetes under control.  Since then, I've dropped it, stepped on it, lost it, WASHED it in the clothes washer (!!), dried it in the clothes drier and the silly thing STILL works!!  I've had to "reset" it maybe 3-4 times since I purchased it (possiby once a year)..... still works great and helps me see how to change my schedule to meet my goals - 4-5 miles a day, 60-90 active minutes a day and 12-15 floors a day.  Very accurate device!!

Will sorely miss it when it dies some year.....

Just thought I'd share,

Mark Smiley Happy

@SunsetRunner I hope you're doing well! Thank you so much for sharing the awesome experience you have had with your Fitbit One. I can't believe it is still alive after all of those situations! Simply awesome. I'm glad to hear that it has help you to achieve your fitness goals. Great feedback!

@WendyB I love the Fitbit One. I have always thought that the One is one of the best Fitbit trackers we can find.

See you around! Smiley Happy

My fitbit charge 2 just took a 5 day bath in the water behind my house and it keeps on ticking! It still had a charge as well. I will buy a new band with a better clasp but I will not cheat on FitBit and will stay with them. I was actually looking to replace it so I did look at alternatives. However, I have the FitBit scale and I like the app on my phone so pretty much I was going to get a charge 3 or versa because I want water proof.

WOW! Am I thrilled.

I have a submariner friend who got out his diving gear and found it after 3 sweeps.
