Fitbit won't sync

Tried everything, and it's been since Aug 12, like other users. Fitbit server issue?

I am having the same issue today. I've followed the previously outlined steps and it's still not synching.

After several times of resetting (turning off/on) the Fitbit, it finally sync'd

I have not been able to sync with my phone since July 18, 2019. Tonight I'll try with the dingke and my lap top. Are there any helpful hints?

August 20th mine stopped synching, plus kept telling me there was a firmware update, but it still couldn't find the device never mind synch. i have switched it on and off, as FAQ's recommended, i thought for a minute just now that the device had synched for the update, but a message again saying update failed. I can see i have Firmware 6.46 but i have no idea what number the new update is or even if i need it. It is plugged in to the charger, it is fully charged, i have an active internet connection, blue tooth is enabled. it is sitting here beside me. So its still not working? anymore ideas or is this something from source?
