At first I thought that it wasn't charged, but I placed it on the charger and it wont turn on. I even tried restarting it. Please help! I love my One and I don't want to get a watch.

How old is it?  They do die after 2-3 years.

@Niecy92 @If the battery completely drained,  it's likely the charging circuit will be unable to resurrect the battery. Best to always keep it a bit charged. You can do a DIY replacement, most trackers are perfectly fine, it's just the battery expired, which is quite common with that type of battery after 2-3 years. Alternately, fitbit's lower cost unit, the inspire, appears to be their closest current replacement. Cheers!
