Fitbit zeroed out

I had 15,500 steps and went to sync and it gave me 0 steps for the last 3 days. Never had this happen before. What do I do?

It's nice to see you around the Community @Lamacc, welcome here my friend Woman Very Happy! If you're having syncing issues I'd recommend following the steps I've shared in this discussion.

 

Also, please make sure that your Fitbit App is up-to-date
