battery draining and fitbit not syncing, hope this helps

My fitbit hadnt synced for 36hrs and missed a 1/2 aday of steps and battery was draing to fast (in a couple of hours,) chatted with support and they did a HARD reset from their end, the sync seemed to be fixed ,they reset the "bit" and I noticed that the charge went back up to full charge after the reset, and I'm anticipating all will be good now , also changed from new dasboard back to the old one . will advise of any effects that any of the changes that were made , I will give it a couple of days , see u'all saturday aug 6th
